Lantana Ridge HOA Park Power Washing
We just completed a large park project for the Lantana Ridge HOA in Spring Branch, TX. The park had never been washed in 20 years and what an amazing transformation! We pressure washed over 800 feet of PVC fence, both sides, 5 picnic bench areas, front entrance and soft washed the park sign. As you can see the picnic areas were not very inviting due to the grime, mold and mildew. After power washing and post treatment the picnic areas are now clean, safe and healthy for families to cook out and enjoy their summer vacation! I had many folks give me the thumbs up who were running or walking their dogs while we worked, so I know how much the residents appreciate their HOA taking the initiative to get the park in order.
